BIOGRAPHY Nancy M. Janning received her undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati, and her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and the Collaborative Family Lawyers of Cincinnati. Ms. Janning practices in the areas of Family and Juvenile Law. Family law issues include contested divorce, uncontested dissolutions, custody, shared parenting, spousal and child support, property division, and grandparent rights. Juvenile law issues involve paternity, custody, support and visitation. In certain cases, Family and Juvenile Law issues may be resolved through the Collaborative Law process. This process allows the parties and their counsel to negotiate a settlement outside of court that takes into consideration the goals of each party and their children. This process enables the parties to maintain privacy, civility, and allows them to control their outcome of their case.
